A streamlined, updated draft "Restated CC&Rs" (pdf, 258 kb) and the streamlined, updated draft "Restated Bylaws" (pdf, 131 kb) documents have been mailed to owners for review and voting. Why do we need to vote to amend the Bylaws and CC&Rs?  Click here for the answer.

CC&Rs - The Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions affect the use of your property.  The CC&Rs currently in effect consist of several documents recorded over the years as the properties were being developed.  The main CC&R document of most interest to homeowners is what is referred to below as the "Original CC&Rs" document.  These are all PDF files of the size indicated.
