RULES, GOVERNING DOCUMENTS & LAWS
NOTE: JSHOA is a
common interest development and is governing by the Davis-Stirling Common
Interest Development Act, California
laws specified in Civil Code Sections 4000-5985. This law REQUIRES homeowners
to provide certain
Association documents to prospective buyers. The table of
contents of Civil Code Sections 4000-5985 can be viewed here
and specifies the documents you are required to provide.
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
- The Articles of Incorporation

with the California Secretary of State on May 10, 1984. |

- The Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
affect the use of your property. The CC&Rs currently in effect consist of
several documents recorded over the years as the properties were being
developed. The main CC&R document of most interest to homeowners is what
