BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The board meets monthly (except December and one
summer month, usually August) for approximately
two hours. Anyone interested in serving on the Board of Directors should complete a
Candidate Statement (PDF or
MS Word) and mail it to Haven
Management ASAP (address is on the Candidate Statement). Several laws covering how HOA elections are
conducted have been passed. Most notably, the new laws require
secret ballots -- similar to what you are used to in regular civic
elections. More details and explanation of what to do will accompany
the actual ballots when they are sent out.

Management of Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. to provide management services. An
introductory letter dated June 15, 2006
was mailed to all homeowners. It includes helpful information from
Haven about how to report your concerns and who to contact if you have
account questions.
